Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for various software applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing on new and existing features.
- Identify, report, and track defects and issues in a detailed and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the development team to discuss issues, suggest improvements, and validate bug fixes.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new testing tools, and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
- Ensure all software is tested in a variety of environments and meets security, usability, and performance standards.
Skills & Technologies
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of databases and experience with SQL for data validation.
- Experience in mobile or web application testing.
- Support the team with basic computer operations and administrative tasks.
