About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Voice Process Executive to manage and respond to Masjid-related queries effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting individuals, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate information about Masjid services, events, and other related inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to create a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice-based queries related to Masjid services, events, prayer schedules, donations, and community activities.
- Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to callers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently
- Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic demeanor during all interactions with Masjid attendees, volunteers, and community members.
- Assist with Masjid event scheduling, including prayer sessions, educational programs, and social gatherings.
- Document and track each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Regularly update knowledge of Masjid-related activities and services to provide the most up-to-date information.
Skills & Technologies
- Communication Skills: Proven experience in a voice process or customer service role, preferably in religious or community-focused services.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Masjid services and religious practices is an advantage.
